To define the accounting process, press [F12] - Parameters.
The System presents a screen with the questions, as follows:
- Displays Accounting Entry: Indicates whether accounting entry must be displayed when accounting is on-line.
- Groups Entries: Indicates whether the entries must be grouped in one row, if the ledger account, cost center, item and value class are similar in the performed entries.
- Accounts On-line: Indicates whether the accounting is on-line, that is, if, at the moment of the transaction (bill addition, posting, check generation, deletion, etc.), the accounting entries are sent to the Management Accounting module, or if it is accounted on-line, when all the entries that have not been confirmed on-line are accounted in a lot process.
- Accounts Bordereau: Indicates whether the LP 530 accounting, based on the variable VALUE, is manually performed by dismembering each bordereau or whether it is daily performed by the total of all bordereau.
