01. OVERVIEW

The routine allows managerial control for analyzing the customers' status in relation to the financial transactions and the sales transactions performed in a certain period. The data is presented in detail, based on the Customer Registration and in transactions from the following modules: Billing (order sales and outgoing invoice issuance), Financial (open bills, posted bills etc.), and Call Center (phone collection).

In the query's main screen, the following information is presented, with values in Real and Dollar:

  • Customer's Credit Limit Due Date;
  • Credit Limit;
  • Current Balance;
  • Secondary Credit Limit Balance;
  • Highest Purchase;
  • Highest Balance;
  • First and Last Purchase;
  • Most Overdue Payments;
  • Overdue Average;
  • Risk level;
  • Returned checks (amount and last return date);
  • Protested bills (amount and last protest date).

The system also displays the customer position in relation to the open and posted bills, performed sales orders, billings, references and collection history.

Important

The second value column is displayed in the currency defined as the strong currency in the customer registration (A1_MOEDALC). If this currency is different from the Default Currency (01), the values stated in this column will be converted, with the currency rate considering the database, except for the Historical balance, which is stated according to the inclusion currency rate.
