Replenishment Type (FINA550 - SIGAFIN)

The field Replenishment Type for the petty cash can be performed by the following options:

• Per threshold

A value is established and, when it is spent, replenishment of the petty cash balance is requested.
Example:
Petty Cash value = $ 1,000.00
Replacement value = $ 900.00
In this case, when 900.00 is withdrawn from the petty cash, replacement is requested.

• Per Percentage

A percentage is established, and when it is spent, it is requested replacement of petty cash balance.
Example:
Petty Cash value = $ 1,000.00
Replacement Percentage = 75 %
In this case, when 750.00 is withdrawn from the petty cash, replacement is requested.

• Per variable value

Replacement of values different from those registered for the petty cash can be performed without changing the original registered value.
Example:
Petty Cash value = BRL 1,000.00
Replenishment value = BRL 2,000.00
