  • Recalculation of Balances per Nature (FINA800 - SIGAFIN)

This routine recalculates and updates the balance per nature when necessary.
During execution, both the necessary data and the construction/reconstruction of the financial nature balances are processed, according to monthly and daily transactions.

 Important:

  • For the operation of the routine, check if the tables FIV, FIW, FIX and FIY are equally set as Exclusive or Shared.
  • The Recalculation of Balance per Nature of the routine Investments and Loans are determined by the parameters: MV_NATEMP – Code of Nature for Loans and MV_NATAPLI – Code of Nature for Investments.


Procedures

To process the recalculation of balances per nature:

  1. In Recalc. Balance per Nature, click Options.
  2. Cçocl Questions.
  3. Enter data according to the field help instructions.
  4. Check information and confirm it.
  5. The System displays the processing execution.
