Speaking of version history...

The version history of the form allows tracking the changes made over time and aims to facilitate the identification of a specific version, monitor the changes made, and identify who made the alterations.

When creating a new form, the tag V.01 Draft is displayed, indicating that the form is still being edited.

When the process linked to the form is published, the form is automatically published, and at this moment the tag changes to V.01 Published .

When there are modifications to the form, and the process is published again, a new version of the form is automatically generated, and its tag changes to V.02 Published, V.03 Published, and so on.

In the version history, it is possible to view all previous versions of the form, check the modifications made and who performed them, as well as access or restore previous versions if necessary.
