In Trips routine, you can export trip requests performed in Reserve. You can trip data and request advances to be approved in routine Advances.

The trips are filtered according to permission, defined in routine Access Group.


Important:

For process failures, a log to send e-mail is generated in Integration Log routine.

You may generate orders in batch.

The customer do not need to be completed to import the data via XML, allowing to complete the Customer and Store fields on the Rendering of Accounts routine.



Requirements

  • All passengers must be registered.
  • Configure parameters in the Config Wizard.



Procedures

Requesting an advance:

  1. Select the desired Trip, then click Request Advance.
  2. A screen with passengers data is displayed.
  3. In Trips Advance, enter Value field.
  4. Fill out justification in Justific..
  5. Check data and confirm them.
  6. In Related Actions, click Generate Order.
  7. Check data and confirm them.
